Gibson Jimmy Page Double Neck EDS 1275. Hand signed View by appointment only – Please phone
The Jimmy Page Signature Double Neck is a painstaking recreation of Jimmy's original '71 model. A fixture during live performances of one of the best loved songs of all time, “Stairway to Heaven,” the Page Double Neck is a collector's item with maximum functionality. Crafted in the style of Jimmy's EDS-1275, the mahogany 6- and 12-string necks are outfitted with rosewood fingerboards. The body's period-correct mahogany is finished in a meticulously weathered dark cherry and done up with chrome hardware and strap locks, a period-correct 5-ply pickguard, four Page pickups, and two volume and tone control knobs. Only 25 of these Limited Edition Aged Double Necks were available for sale (# 1 going to Page himself). It comes complete with a Custom Shop case, certificate of authenticity, custom care kit, two-DVD box set Led Zeppelin, and a copy of a private interview with Jimmy regarding the Double Neck. Even more exclusively, each of these guitars has been inspected by Jimmy Page personally to ensure they meet his exacting standards. To authenticate the exclusive Limited Edition models, Jimmy has signed and numbered the rear of the headstocks of each guitar. This example is # 20 of 25 originally available. These aren't available very often and offer a very rare chance to purchase one of the most collectable and sought after guitars ever produced. Extra photographs available upon request.
